Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) (RQF)

The Highfield Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) (RQF) has been designed by some of the leading childcare experts in the country and aims to support the role of managers in a residential childcare setting.

It is the required qualification for managers of residential childcare settings, and must be undertaken by individuals who are working, volunteering or on practical placement as managers within the residential care sector.
