Course Overview
Extend your occupational competence as a professional within your area of the care sector.
The care sector is huge and complex, and covers many different areas specific to individual needs such as those of adults or children and young people. For those in care manager or advanced practitioner roles within these sectors, it’s important to be able to fully manage the responsibilities that come with the job.
Over the last decade, Highfield has become one of the most respected awarding organisations in the care sector for its development of qualifications that meet industry needs. We work with some of the leading agencies and regulatory bodies in the sector, as well as some of the sector’s best-known experts.
The Highfield Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services (England) (RQF) (90 Credits) is aimed at individuals aged 19+ wishing to extend their occupational competence as professionals within the health and social care and children and young people sectors, and who are working as care managers or advanced practitioners within these sectors.
