The Care Certificate is the recognised starting point for many people entering the Health & Social Care sector. It equips new care workers with the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to deliver safe, compassionate and person-centred care.

At CareLink Academy, we are an Official Highfield Qualifications accredited training provider delivering Ofqual-regulated Health & Social Care qualifications fully online. Our qualifications are recognised by employers and the CQC across England, helping learners progress confidently in their careers while studying around shift patterns.

The Care Certificate covers essential topics including safeguarding, infection prevention, communication, duty of care, equality, diversity and person-centred support. It builds confidence and prepares learners for the Level 2 Diploma in Care.

After gaining experience, learners often progress to the Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care and eventually Levels 4 and 5 for leadership and management positions. These recognised qualifications support long-term career progression and demonstrate professional competence.

Choosing online learning means you can continue working while developing your skills. Flexible study makes it easier to balance work, family and education.

Explore CareLink Academy’s Health & Social Care qualifications and discover the next step in your career.
